Oh, he didn't subject them to it, they gladly partook. :)

We even have proof they enjoyed it. You can see the smiles on their faces.

FT have arrived safely in Northern California!

Sorry, Ric I don't think I can keep them until the concert, but the good news is that they will get to go camping with me later this week. To the giant redwoods!

So I was just browsing the internet as usual, and I thought to myself 'hmmm, I sure haven't been on TravisOnline in a long time... OMG! What if I missed my turn for Flat Travis!'-- LOL! Thankfully it's still taking longer than ever to circle the globe. Good job to everyone so far though!

I'm glad you haven't missed your chance but this is a depressing example of how slooooooooooow this is going. I hope you get them soon.

Sifting through over 200 FT pictures...hopefully get some work done on a slideshow later this afternoon! They should be safely on their way to WA then headed to MN! They thoroughly enjoyed themselves last night. We got Ric and Jude to sign the envelope too! Just barely stopped Fran in time before signing them (not that it would have worked since they are so glossy, but anyway)

Here is a little preview of FT's visit to Davis, California...and a camping trip up the North Coast.

Bike helmets, because Davis is the biking capital of the world. And they wanted to be safe!

At a local landmark: Graffiti Bridge, where everyone adds their own touch.

FT added their own graffiti: "TRAVIS were here and rocked. 9/15/09"

Rocking out to Ode to J. Smith on a (cold) tie-dyed pillow on the 8 hour drive to the redwoods.

Me and FT in a burnt out redwood.

FT and some Davis cows.

FT at the concert! (poor concert photos, sorry)

Great pics Lindsey! They have safely arrived in the Northwest. I've been busy trying to think of what to make them for souveniours that represents the area and I came up with a good one. Going to take them around town here tomorrow, then on Sunday going to take them around Seattle. They will have a blast!
