Just listening to some Travis B-sides at work. Doesn’t Susie Hug’s “Unbelievers” sound like it could be an R.E.M song?

You don't think so? No?... Slipknot? Or that other one that screams at me whenever I hear it. You know I think its rude, I bet they sing beautifully to everyone else... :) hehe

Only joking. I think it does sound a bit REMish actually.

I love Unbelievers. Wasn't keen on Under The Moonlight being on a Travis album but had Unbelievers been there in its place I'd have been championing it as a single until my face went blue, Susie Hug or not.

The chorus is one of those 'hear it once and never forget it' ones that are actually pretty rare. I think, anyway. It's a special tune.

Agree with you, Unbelievers is brilliant, love it. Through this song I got to know Susie Hug's stuff. The more so was I dissapointed with Under the Moonlight, the melodie is great but the words are just so mundane, especially when you hear it after One Night. Shame
