I'm not Fran...but I can tell you it's called "Some Sad Song" and it's hidden because the band probably felt that it was something they wanted to release, but it didn't exactly fit in with the other songs on 12 Memories, so they hid it as an added surprise. Do you know about the other hidden songs? "Blue Flashing Light" on The Man Who and "Sailing Away" on The Boy With No Name. :) Hope that helps.
