My problem is that I don't get enough sleep (lack of sleep makes you fat, too), and when I'm tired, I try to perk my self up with chocolate and sweets. If I have too much work on the go, I won't have time to exercise, so I end up sitting all day staring at the screen and eating sweets. It's a vicious triangle.

sounds like me at the moment ! do you really think that lack of sleep can make you fat ???
I can't shift these 2 kilos whatever I try ! what I hate most about it, is that I don't fit in to my clothes. My good intentions to go for a power walk 3 times a week just don't materialise. *argh*

I need to rectify that : Watching Hercule Poirot, not Derricky love, too dull so too stressful for me.

Derrick always makes me think of DDR in the 80's : some place really grey and dull just like it was in most cities.

I read a research according to which that's a fact. Your body consumes surprisingly lot of energy while you sleep, and you can't go to the fridge then, either. ALso, when you're tired you're more likely to snack to keep going.

I love Hercule Poirot! They're not airing it in Argentina anymore, which is a shame. I'm a fan of the books haha.

I'm fond of walking, but I don't have enough time. And I refuse to use my spare time to lose weight xD. I walk from uni to work and back three times a week, which is something at least.
But I've never been this fat, I seriously need to start a diet. It's not healthy.

That being said, I'm off to have a Bon o bon.

There's already a "Bloody Obvious Alcoholic" team with Dubz and Lil Grin

I assume we can have a "Fatso alert" team

I do believe it's "Alcoholics Bloody Obvious" ;-)

This "Fatso Alert" makes me laugh, should members have beeping devices on them for when they reverse? LOL.

I hate shopping, so it's very annoying for me. I need new shirts, new jeans...

I head to hawaii in a few weeks so i'm on a strict "oh my god bikini vacation photos" diet!

i walked everywhere today (which in boston means a lot) and plan on keeping it up back home. crappy thing is living on the road, there's no time for exercise (unless you count running to the gate with all your luggage) and you eat out every single meal.

i've gained 20 pounds in this job over the last few years, and damnit, i need to get it off my butt!!

I hate diets - I like chocolate and ice cream too much.

Have totally cut back on alcohol to one drink a week tho. Plus I go to the gym 3 times a week so thats ok!
