Yeah my day has been... not so much bad as unsuccessful. I'm back up at uni for a couple of days to do some work for my essay, but so far I can't say I've achieved much.
I'm supposed to refer to two films in my essay but it turns out the library doesn't have either of 'em... and they're on the course syllabus so I thought they would be. There is one other film they have in that I can use instead. May end up being better actually, but they only have it as a video. That means I have to sit in a poxy room at the top of the library to watch it.
So I have to get up and do that in the morning... then do my essay plan... get quotes from stupid books... *continues to mumble quietly and incomprehensibly to self* ... |

bad day. my boss quit. i'm still employed and i get to drive further to an office that will likely close in about a month. my boss's boss tells me not to worry and i simply replied "i'm like a buddha floating on a lily pad". hahaha so i guess i'm keeping calm with all the shit that went down today.
....and my head hurts. sense of humor still intact however. |
