Has anyone ever been fired?
I have but I was sick for months and not coming to work so it really wasn't related to my performance and I don't blame them. And it was with a place that has the right to let you go for ANY reason the first 6 months so I had no recourse.
I got a job I liked a lot better so I am really grateful they fired me.
The best was my best guy friend's response when I told him. Everyone was being so sympathetic which was sort of irritating since I wasn't particularly upset. I call him to tell him and he says, "it's because you're stupid."
It was so funny. |
