Can we make a whining about exercise thread? Because I'd be a top contributor to that.

It's too harrrrrd. It takes too looooong. It's so borrring. Plus it's too harrrrrd. Did I happen to mention that it's too harrrrd?

I have no stamina and I never have. Even in high school when they made us run, I was limping around the track by myself, holding my side, trying to complete the 4th lap (one mile) while everyone else was done. It's just...harrrd.

Yeah let's just whinge about exercise, it's far more fun. Hahaha one time on sports day i did the 100m sprint and then got called to do the 800m run, right after it i threw my guts up. I think that's what's put me off exercise...

i rock at skipping! i used to beat all the other kids at skipping challenges and i could run a length faster while still skipping than other kids just running normally.
but i dunno how cool it would be now for a 21 year old to be seen publicly skipping....

You're never too old for skipping; at one of the classes at the fitness centre, the instructor always wants us to end class with 10 mins of intense skipping rope. I haven't done this since I was 14 or something like that, so I keep tripping lol. But it's good fun :o)

And anyhow, exercise is good for you. No matter whether you want to get a smaller bum or not, you still feel soooo much better when you exercise. Apart from the extra energy, you also get the license to pat yourself on the back and feel good about yourself ;o)
