So did I...
I've heard that changing your shampoo regularly is good for your hair. I switch between two brands but my hair's just as crappy as it used to be lol |

Again, this has nothing to do with feet, but everything to do with shampoo.
Ugghghghhhhh! Those stupid idiots at the shampoo company have done it again! For pity's sake--leave it alone! They've changed the formula and the fragrance this time. It's horrible! My hair is so dry and dull, I might as well have on a straw wig. |

when I saw this thread I thought Kayte had a new improved foot. Apperently I thought the same thing 2 years ago. I've gotten no smarter. |

Kristy, if I were getting a bionic foot, I would tell you first before posting it here. |

I would change the title of the thread, but it's too late now. I guess it's one of those phrases that makes more sense when you say it out loud than write it. Anne, I would also tell you if I got a new foot before posting it here.

Like Kristy, I also feel honouuureud. I guess some things change because when this thread started you first said the board would be the first to know. |

ya, don't change it. It is some how comforting seeing your same stupid thoughts repeated 2 years later. |

Kayte, I've always heard that it's good to change your shampoo every once in a while so that your hair doesn't "get used to" whatever you are using. I usually have two different brands in the shower at the same time and rotate them every once in a while when I notice my hair losing body or getting dull. I think when you use the same hair product for too long it builds up on your hair.
