i have it myself its very frustrating sumtimes when other people dont understand because you can't give them eye contact or socailise with them. also can cause a short temper which makes you get easily wound up. i had to leave my last job because of this just wondered if anyone else knows anyone with aspergers out there too... |

its very difficult wen people dont understand it espically when u get a new job. im on a new diet that helps where u cant eat wheat and certain colorants in food, you also cant hav alcohol. almost like a wheat free allergy diet |

Ok like a gluten free diet then. Sounds a similar recommendation given to people with ADHD/ADD/DAMP |

yup it is, the problem with it is that its not spoken about enuff and the end result that anyone who has it people who dnt know dnt understand about it which makes it very annoying, it also affects people in different ways, mines very mild so u probably would think i had it at all.
on the highly afected side it can cause people who hav it to keep touching people and not know its wrong. it also causes anxiety n can make you worried about things alot more than others would be, trust me im 24 now and ive turned oiut fine it all depends on how bad it affects you |
