I caught the band on the Ellen DeGeneres show yesterday afternoon, and I got so excited. I had kind of lost touch with my Travis fandom within the past three years since Memories, but I'm back, and so ready to see them, for the first time, live, in Austin. The last times they came to Austin, I was fourteen, and then seventeen and it was a school-night both times, which meant tough-luck for me when I asked my mother about it. But now, I'm twenty one, and I'll do anything to get a real, up-close-and-personal picture or autograph. I feel like I've grown up with this band.
Anyone else in the Austin area getting ready for the concert?
