Well not literally, but have you noticed that Selfish Jean is nearly always on the radio in the Rovers Return, Kev's garage and even Audrey's hair salon? I even heard My Eyes the other day.

I'm just waiting for Blanche and Ken Barlow to give it some air guitar to Eyes Wide Open and I'll be happy.

Yes and also in the Kebab Shop, once i saw Mickey in eastenders wearing a Travis sweat shirt.
