been on the treadmill for the past two nights and obviously i need some music just to give me the extra motivation....here's a few song i've noticed work for me....have any of you got some recommendations???
--foo fighters, monkey wrench
--the donnas, take it off & it's too bad about your girl
--ima robot, creeps me out
--kings of leon, velvet snow
--tie between motley crue's 'girls, girls, girls' and 'livewire'
and i'll even add Journey's 'don't stop believin' for good measure...but that's just a classic anthem that i've always loved! haha

any song is good to run to as long as it isn't too slow...I have been running alot to TBWNN recently, My Eyes always seems to come on just at the point where I'm flagging and gives me a bit of encouragement! Talking of running, I am doing a 10k race on Sunday, my first race ever, so have any of you runners got any tips for me?! |

i love all these "house music" kinda songs when i run coz they lift my mood.
trouble is, i sometimes feel like jumping up and down and "putting my hands up in the air" but ppl are gonna think i'm crazy if i do so ! |
