it is 3:36am. I just got home from work. I spend about 12:30pm-10:30 happily setting up since I was with people I adore. ANd the Canada won the hockey game and I was over the moon. And then it was panic for an hour until the party started at 11:30.
And then I had possibly the most lonely feeling 2 minutes of my life as I stood on the stairs alone taking a pic of the balloon drop at midnight and saw a room full of people dancing and singing and toasting and kissing. And then spent Auld Lang Syne cleaning up other peoples dishes and garbage and glasses. Ya, that feeling really sucked.
And then it was 1am, and the party was over and we cleaned until 3 and now Im home and glad its over and think it went well and am going to bed.
