Fran and Andy recorded an interview/performance session at KEXP radio's studio while in NYC last week, and the session will go up online today:

Just listening to Last Train!! Omg it sounds so great! ;D And a nice interview with them both in between songs :D
A little help for others finding it confusing to find :p Go to http://www.kexp.org/streamarchive/streamarchive.asp
and search for November 17th at 8:00 AM and you will be able to listen to it after af couple of minutes :) |

My Rubbish internet wont stream it without buffering every 2 seconds.....has anyone been able to capture this by any chance?

Okay, I'll try to show you with some screen shots :p
First click on: http://www.kexp.org/streamarchive/streamarchive.asp
You should get this on your screen:
Then choose November 17th 8:00 AM like I did.
Then this should appear:
I chose 96k CD quality and a pop-up appeared:
After half a minute it should start playing Tegan and Sara like it says. Then keep listening for about 3 minutes and then the speaker says something and after that you should be able to hear Last Train :) The songs and interview last for 20-30 minutes, I think.
If this doesn't work, I can't help you anymore :( Well, at least I tried :p |

Thanks for your help mmusse! I couldn't get it working yesterday but I've listened a few times now. First time I've heard New Amsterdam live and a lovely interview.
BTW Fran, I know you want to keep your gigs "fresh" but I must say that each time I've seen you guys play, I've had a fabulously fresh experience and I've taken away something different after every gig. |

I tried to do what Mmuse say - but it keeps saying "loading video" when in fact the browser says "done" so he's not loading anything :(

Yes maybe another browser will help I'm not sure. I've used firefox for some years now and I haven't had too many problems with it.
Edit: Hmm Nell, which browser are you using? |

Firefox 3.0.15, and I've got the newest java upload and I cleared my cache

I just changed ot Internet Explorer - on here it seems to work. Strangely. I have never actually used IE before |
