Is on BBC2. Hoorah!
Has anyone actually made it through the book? The writing was so teeny I gave up. |

I haven't read the book, but saw the film for the first time a few weeks ago. |

I read it and watched the end of the film.
The book is 100 times more violent than the film ( from what i saw) |

I love how that movie makes you laugh and disturbs you at the same time. Christian Bale is so great!
I read the book and it was so much more disturbing than the movie..I could hardly get through it. |

i read the book when it first came out. the movie sticks pretty close to the text and Christian Bale gives on of the greatest comedic performances ever in the movie version - when those plastic duds go on, the axe comes out and Huey Lewis starts blaring on the stereo, Bale is just mezmerizing to watch. to be that funny and that unbelievably scary, how do you do that? |
