by now my mum is quite desperate because she can't really understand why i won't stop crying. she even suggested she could buy me a new dog... but that's not the point, i don't want a new one. not yet.
i just know it's gonna take lots and lots of time... =( |

I’m so sorry for your loss, Sarah..
It’s really sad when you lose someone who has been such a good friend for a long time. I had a rat (Bonny) died some years ago, and when he died it just felt like a part of me died too. But half a year after I got two new rats, and they reminded me of all the good times I had with Bonny..
So if you try thinking of all the good times you had together with him, and who happy he was. It can help a little, (it did for me) but I know it is hard and it can take some time.
