They'll come out of the stage door and hang around for a while after the show - they chat and sign things and pose for photos. If you're not sure where the stage door is, you'll have plenty of time to find it as there's normally a longish wait (probs at least an hour). Wrap up warm if it's cold, but it will be worth it and you might meet a few people while you wait :)
