Bed at 3/4 am and up at 12 pm!

I hardly ever go to bed before 3 am. But I work and study, so I don't get to wake up at 12pm...

Sleep. Whats that?

I work all night and find it hard to fall asleep in the daylight.

So when I finally do drop off, I can't wake up and end up missing whole days :-(

Well if I'm working it's normally bed around 10.00pm and up around 6.30am :(

Otherwise it's bed maybe around 11.30/12.00 (and I may read for a couple of hours) then up around 10.00am.

In an ideal world I would love to be able to live on about 5 hrs sleep but I really need about 9hrs to feel human.
