I was going to say he should get Ikea cookies while he is there (these really yummy oat crisps sandwiches with chocolate in the middle. I sent them to Alma for the cookie exchange) but they don't have them at the Swedish Ikea! It's the world's biggest. Shouldnt they have everything?
Although Swede Boy isnt in Stockholm. Maybe there are Ikea cookies closer to him.

Swedish boy lives rather far away from an Ikea, the nearest is located in another city...I guess it would take about an hour to get there :(

I've never been to Ikea. There's one about a half hour away. Even my mother has been to it. Am I missing out?

I thought Ikea sold only furniture. Furniture you have to put together yourself.

haha why do you guys have Ikeas everywhere? :(

If you like large and cheap shopping malls that pretty much have everything, then you would probably like Ikea :)

You've never been to Ikea Kayte and Ric?
It's so bright and cheery and you can get 50 cent hot dogs and 99 cent frozen yougurt! And of course the meatballs and other actual Swedish stuff. The crazy one i was at in Sweden sold EVERYTHING. Shampoo and soap and stuff. Ours just have furniture, accessories (frames, candels, art, etc),bedding, rugs, lights, plants and rando stuff like shoe horns, ice cube trays and wrapping paper.
And those giant blue/yellow bags you can buy for a buck make laundry bags when you live in residence in university and have to haul your laundry down 13 floors.

You can't be sad at ikea.
