As I said in the thread regarding Edinburgh...
Quote: This really doesn't fill me with confidence for the Newcastle gig, especially as the tickets are being mailed to my parents house as tis my father who bought them for me.
If they only arrive on the day of the gig and don't get signed for, I'll have to skip uni lectures, get a train home, collect the royal mail card, sign for the tickets myself and then get a train back to newcastle in time for the gig :S
Be interesting to hear if anyone else is being kept waiting by See. |

Ask them to send them to the venue, when you next speak. Tell them that you would like your postage refunded.
They are really bad at the mo. Terrible company. I called them yesterday. They were pig ignorant and rude, so I asked for a supervisor. The upshot is my tickets issue is getting sorted, and I'm getting a refund on the postage for my troubles. |

I've had no problems with see tickets so far, *touch wood* and I've used them on numerous occasions. I agree they can be a tad slow, but I got my Wolverhampton tickets about a month ago, though I'm still waiting on my Coldplay tickets which I ordered in July, but that gig isn't till December. |

Still waiting and getting slightly anxious now. I will be calling them tonight if I don't get an email soon saying they are on their way. Anyone else heard anything yet? |

Is it just see tickets thats taking so long? I wish I could cancel and then I could just pop into town and buy tickets straight of the box office. :< |

Ticketmaster seem to have been a bit quicker (and more reliable) this time. |

I just got impatient and called See. He told me I had to wait until 48 hours before the event (tomorrow!) before they could do anything. Apparntly they havn't even printed them yet?? So I already know I will end up having to pick them up at the box office, I just hope I will be able to get them BEFORE the gig and not when the bloody doors open....I hate see. I can't even order a new one with ticketmaster now as its too late... |
