This week is dragging. I cannot wait for it to be over.

My Saturday is non-stop excitement. A 4-year-old's birthday party in the morning and then we're going to see these guys in the afternoon:

Biscuit Brothers

They're a musical act geared towards kids from Austin but I believe their show is shown nationally on PBS.

Kind of a southwestern style version of The Wiggles? Have fun.

I have to sew like crazy this weekend. I am entering a quilt in a show and I have to hand it in Oct. 1. I have barely started on it. I am in deep doo-doo.

Yeah something like that. They're really fun. (We've seen them before.) One of the guys goes to our church actually.

I'm sure you can finish your quilt. If you're running low on time I suggest duct tape. Or maybe if you can run over it with your She-Devil bike you can make some interesting patterns on the fabric so you don't have to sew anything on the various patterns.

Just some thoughts because I am here for you!
