Id guess that it was from either 98 or 99 T in the P. The red T's in the background makes me positive its T, and dougies and Frans hair suggest 98-99 era.

i dunno when it was made but im quite sure tt it was from Top Of The Pops.dOUGIE looks so different with longer hair.i say he's cooL the way he looks noW=)

Ok you just put the picture online using imageshack or photobucket or that sort of websites and then you write in here...
