Just visited the 7digital website, and they have the new something everything single available for pre-order, and with it there are previews of SA plus the b-sides tail of the tiger and used to belong. The previews are only clips of the songs, but are reasonably good quality. I've had a few listens already, sounds good.
Hopefully this will work:
Tail of the Tiger/Used to Belong |

Thanks, I hadn't heard either of them before! From the little clips they both sound good... I think Used to Belong has kind of a 12 Memories feel. And Tail of the Tiger, I don't know, I really like it, and it seems to have a little different sound than the other Ode-related stuff I've heard... I don't know if you guys have ever heard Lake Michigan by Rogue Wave, but it reminded me of the beginning of that song. Then again, that could be because I was listening to it right before I listened to the samples.:) |

Used To Belong sounds like another album worthy b-side to me from hearing that. Should have been on instead of Friends. Too early to say really of course but it sounds great. Tail Of The Tiger seems fun but from that little listen isn't as good as the album tracks.
Why isn't Dougie singing his own songs?!?! I understand the album tracks but b-sides...
Oh i agree about the 12 Memories thing. I love the sound of that album! :) |

Cool! Thanks for posting :o). At the moment I'm liking Tail of the Tiger, but I'll wait to love it until I hear the whole track xD. |

Like the songs, but it's hard to get a grasp on them with only 30 seconds though. |

Thanks for the link! I think both songs sound really great. I guess we'll have two more songs to add to the "too good to be a b-side" list! :D |

WOW! I love "Tail Of The Tiger" -- sounds very retro and cool! This could totally be an album track. I love it!!!! I agree it sounds a bit like "Lake Michigan" as well. SO COOl! I wish I could hear the whole thing right now.
"Used To Belong" sounds nice too. :)
YAY! can't wait for these! |

Just curious, why is the track called Tail of the Tiger anyway? |

Fran sings…
Finding your touching the tail of the tiger out in the dark
It’s so far between each star, so far
And it’s so dark between each spark, so dark
