How does a meeting at the university president's office to discuss the college budget sound to you? |

some neighbours have a parrot that they train (and/or play with). The bloody parrot and its owners spend hours saying things and repeating them.
It is insane.
I think the lot of them is on vacation right now cause i didn't hear a thing on sunday.
When it's hot outside ppl tend to open their windows and you can hear everything they're doing and/or saying.
Needless to say it gets on my nerves. |

that would be annoying, although i thought this was a work situation, so im releaved to know that there isnt a parrot, along with your creepy co-worker, all at your work. |
