Turned on the tv this morning to find Fran talking about writing music for about an hour. Lovely surprise. He ended by playing Friends (I think that's the right name...). It was very enlightening. I always thought the line in Sing was 'Surely, you've been going too early' not 'hurley'.
I think the programme was called Song Book. Could be wrong. Did anyone else see it? |

Did you tape it by any chance? I've been dying to see this since it was recorded. It was first shown a few months ago on the Sky Arts channel. I haven't got Sky unfortunately so I've been dying to see it :-( |

I saw it a couple of months ago. It was very entertaining and very interesting. Unfortunately, i had no idea of how to get it from recorder to computer. |

I still don't like Friends. My least favourite of all the new ones. But the Driftwood performance was brilliant! |

Yeah. Can't remember it exactly but he talked about the line and then sang Sing. I remember being a bit 'what are you talking about Fran?!' about it! Haha. |
