Does Virgin still exist it's been re-branded as Zavvi or some sh!t over here. Mind you there are still two Tower Records stores in Dublin and I'd heard they'd gone tits up.

The store is still named "Virgin Megastore". |

Hi Lilly
Nice to see you here.
I bought very little as everything is SO expensive in London and i have very little money to start with.
So I bought a scarf (leopard print aka "the cougar scarf"), make up, fashion magazines, a dress and some perfume.
I also spent a decent amount of money on public transportation and used my travelcard to the max as i litterally toured the whole place taking different buses.
Grinner and I met so it was fun - i'm happy it happened.
Had a few G&T and cheese & onions crips too.
Are you back in Munchen ?
How was Madrid ? |

Ahh, not salt & vinegar? ;)
I always spend waaay too much money on posters and museum-stuff in London, I don't know why but I think I'm addicted to stuff from Tate Modern and National Gallery museum-shops ;) I also spend way too much on food (Sainsbury's Chocolate/Ginger-cookies would KILL me if I lived in the UK) and on things from Whittard (tea and mugs).
Aaahhh, I wanna go to London again!
Yes, I'm back (since May), now I have to figure out a topic for my thesis so I can finally get stupid uni done ;)
Madrid was okay, I guess. It's not on my list of favourite places, far too hectic and unfriendly (oh my, Mónica is going to hit me for this!) and the whole atmosphere wasn't exactly my cup of tea. Strange thing... And the city is sooo expensive, unbelievable.
But I met veeeery nice Germans and English and even French people ;D there (plus Mónica, plus nice people at work),
I LOVED Granada, though - we went there for a weekend only, and I immediately fell in love with the city, it's amazing. Everyone should go and see it! |
