i have 11 but no camera , one by greg irons,
who was like micheangelo of tattoos before he died mysteriously in Thailand . I suggest you think about it , practise drawing your design on yourself and shop around. Look for cleansliness and if the tattooists are wasted . don't get drunk beforehand as it thins your blood and you'll bleed more , plus they charge drunks more |

Oh, I think it's very very cool! Why that Escher drawing though, is it just because you like it?
I like tattoos that mean something, and I plan to get one when I'm eighteen, I'm not even fuzzy on the subject, but I want to keep it secret to everyone but two persons until I get it.
It's something not be taken lightly, that you're sure you want to keep forever on you, so even if others don't get the meaning, you should know it. Just my opinion of tattoos of course, but I think it's shared by many :P |

I was thinking of something on my upper arms, tattoos should always be discrete...
Possibly...
on one arm and something like...
on the other but get the St George's Cross exchanged for the Tri-colour of Ireland.

I have 3...the first 2 are crap ones that I just got because I wanted a tattoo. The last one I really thought about for a long time and am super happy with it because it has lots of meaning to me and because it's truly a work of art (in my opinion!).

Not at all! My (married) last name means crow in Italian. And my two kids were born in December (birth month flower = holly) and November (chrysanthemum). So it's a representation of my family without going the obvious fancy-name-in-a-heart route (although I do have one of those with my husband's name and it looks like shit!).
*Edit* I didn't even remember that my avatar was already a picture of this. I could have just made a left-pointing arrow. |

That's so cool. I've thought before about wanting to do something that represents my family that is more sly but haven't been able to think of anything good like you did.
I'm glad you posted a bigger pic so we can see the detail better. |
