It was a memorable night
To Travis fans in Taiwan, it was like a dream coming true
and we still don't want to wake up yet
lots of people were moved to tears last night
we never thought one day we could really see Travis perform in front of us
Fran said we broke a record--
he never saw so many fans waiting at the airport when they got off the plane
we were so proud!!!!!!
And it's because you're Travis, THE TRAVIS
Thank you, Travis, for giving us such a wonderful night!!!!
Please come to Taiwan again!!!!!

That's an amazing night!
People jump up and down, swing with the melodies, and clap their hands rhythmically! As I sat in the seat area, I can clearly saw how everyone's expression looks like. Their eyes are glowing, and their singing shows how happy they are to see Travis just performing in front of them...and so do I, of course!!! XD I have to say this is the most warm and fragrant concert I have ever attend! EVERYONE expresses thier most natural emotions, and the music lets all of us be together and ties to each other so hard. Thank you so much! Travis! Thank you for bringing happiness to our life.
Please don't forget!! We are here waiting to see you again! ;)

When it came to the chorus of Closer, the audience sang in unison and it was so loud that Fran said "woo"!
We did the pogo when they sang Why Does It Always Rain on Me
and we jumped so hard that we were afraid the stadium would collapse!!

| YAY! i was there too, hurray for the taipei gig folks, i loved the experience, too bad i couldnt get a chance to meet them at the airport, woulda loved a photo with the travis crew! Travis was great, its hard to realize that they're such an active band unless you watch them live |

it's been a short time since the day i first listen to "flowers in the window"
but i soon fell in love with travis
and i knew travis would be one of the most meaningful bands to me right away
i must be obssessed
i'm really grateful, anyway
for that i was there with travis and thousands of travis fans
right here, in my homeland, taiwan
and that i can watch the 4 cutest musicians performing
though i'm in my seat so far away from the stage
you guys were just like angels walking out from my dreams
so grateful that i can enjoy your live show soon after i fell in love with you, not after waiting for years
but also feel so pity that i know you so late
sorry for those gibbering words
i have a dream
i made up my mind right after your concert that night
i'll go to england with my australian friend one day
we'll have a britpop concerts tour
and i want to be in your mosh pit
travis, you fulfill my life
and will always back me up |

Here's Fran talking about the airport at the show. There are a LOT of great YouTube clips from this concert. Looks and sounds like it was an amazing show!! I'm really thrilled for you guys. :) I watch the video of "Closer" and saw how the crowd sang so loudly and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside! lol! Also, I LOVE the way they're doing "J. Smith" live! It not only sounds amazing, but the lighting and all that adds so much. It gave me chills! |

Fran and Dougie both sang and they were so great!
Fran was so cute! He kept jumping around on the stage so during Driftwood, he got tangled by the wires XD
But he still sang so beautifully!
And Andy was a complete rocker during the show! He kept kicking and stomping and turning at each beat of the drums! He even jumped down from the stage and tried to climb up to where the crowd were sitting...we all went crazy!!
It was a pity I couldn't see Neil and Claes from where I was

A few weeks after the Taipei concert,
The feeling was still so fresh and amazing,
Before the Taiwan show was announced, I was thinking if I could see Travis perform live, that would be AWFUL NICE.
I thought we would have to go abroad to see the Travis concert. Then the dream was granted!
A morning on June, I was reading the newspaper(I haven't read the news for some days), then I saw a huge title announced '' TRAVIS is coming to Taiwan on 4th the August '',
I first wondered which Travis, forgot the band photo hanging below the article. But which TRAVIS could that be! I yelled happily as I read the announcement.
It was unbelievable that I actually saw TRAVIS performed in Taiwan!
I couldn't believe there were soo many fans, (I wish I were at the airport too :D )
it was my 1st time going to a concert, people gathered, screaming, singing along the lyrics, jumping and rock 'n' roll...
Travis gigs are like magic, capture people's feeling...
And finally, still wanna say:
THANK U TRAVIS!!! Thanks for bringing Taiwan such a wonderful show!
Taiwan love you and we will miss you!
Hope Fran's dream will come true =)
