I actually own a pair of What I would call Smart Casual Shorts, but I would never wear smart shoes or a jacket with them. Fred Perry Polo Shirt and Dubes far more acceptable.

I was so repulsed by the whole look that I didn't even notice the huge purse. I don't think that even qualifies as a murse (what I call man bags). Dude is carrying a purse.
And the guy on the left does look like he peed his pants or just did something really really naughty! |

I think the first guy looks like Pee Wee Herman.
If it is hot enough to wear shorts, why long sleeves and a jacket? It's a crazy look.
No socks with dress shoes. EWW. Not only does it look bad, but it must smell horrible on a hot day. Who wants to be slip sliding away in sweaty dress shoes? ICK! |
