In case someone hasn't already read my cries of despair trying to buy a ticket, I don't live in the UK and i'm trying to go my first travis gig ever. I can't have them posted to my home country cause i'm sure they won't get here, so i convinced a friend to buy one ticket for me with his credit card, for the Manchester gig.
The problem is, ticket websites seem to be pretty clear about reselling tickets. so my question is, would there be a problem with him buying a ticket for me and then posting it to me when i get to the uk? i'm sure it's pretty regular, but i've never done that and neither has him. How else would people sell their spare tickets days before the event?
