I was at the post office today and saw Anne of Green Gables 100th Anniversary stamps. Thought of you.

I LOVE ANNE OF GREEN GABLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(considering my name, how could I not??)
There was an article in Newsweek about it this week.
Confession no. 1: I recently read the first book. Like 2 weeks ago. (edit: oops, I meant REread)
Confession no. 2: a friend and I made a "solemn vow" as bosom friends to go to the island when our daughters are 11 or 12. |

Sure! You can be the daughter I had when I was...10 and gave up to a lovely Polish couple.
It's years away but I really am already excited about it. We made this promise when Catherine was like 2 months old by the way. lol. |

Hahaha, how kind of you! In that nature vs nurture debate, Nature won out with the Travis love!
And as for your trip, it sounds fantastic, but PEI is really tiny and there isnt much to do/see besides AofGG, so maybe plan to stop at some of the other Maritime provinces...
Just a suggestion.
I feel like watching my Anne movies. |

Well you do have a daughter so you've met the first requirement. You'll have to become bosom friends not just with me but with my other friend. Are you up for the task?? |
