Oh no, Mc Crazy is just as bad, personally I don't want any of the fuckers any where near politics.

I agree. What am I supposed to do when I dislike both candidates equally? And for different reasons? Hmmmm, do I want the country to go down the tubes morally or financially? Or perhaps both?
I have a friend who sends me pro-Obama, anti-McCain e-mails and another friend who sends me pro-McCain, anti-Obama e-mails. I'm so confused I don't know what's what or what to believe or anything at this point. The truth isn't out there to be found.
Good quote you had there, too. Anyone who rises to the top in politics is bound to be a skunk.

what about people like Lincoln, JFK, Mandela, Bevan, Dewar etc. People who have a vision, to change things for better. You gotta hope that people still have those kind of positive political ambitions, and not for personal gain. Otherwise, what good is there left in the world?! I'd like to give Obama a shot and see what he can do. I feel like he could do some good. Certainly surely give the US a degree of stability it needs, if nothing else?
