I've put a new track up on the ol' myspace for anyone who's interested. It's called Armed Forces. I wanted it to sound nice and rich, but it sounds completely tinny. :/ I need to get a proper microphone...

I've also re-uploaded all the other tunes. I was under the illusion that if I increased the bit-rate of them they'd actually sound better. lol. Oh well, it was worth a shot. |

Bohemian Rhapsody eh? Sounds like you might have something there. What you need is a crazy music video to go with it. Yeah, with lots of weird effects and face shots.
But getting to number 1... I'm thinking this Rhapsody ditty needs to be something pretty special. A song that ticks all the boxes. Operatic harmonies, soft piano, hard rock... pfft lets face it, it can't be done. It's just got to be impossible... |

I read an interview with Chris Martin a few years ago, and someone asked him: what was the first song you wrote? (or something like that, I don't remember well :p), and he answered: it was a song called Bohemian Rhapsody. So Ben, you have a little Chris inside of you! xDDD |

| Coldplay aren't musical geniuses or anything - most songs revolve around simple hooks etc - but then complexity and sophisticated techniques don't make for better songs necessarily. And if you cast your mind back to around 2000, when Coldplay were first starting to get really popular, the music scene was pretty ugly. In comparison to most stuff then they certainly were musical brainiacs... :P |
