I feel like saying "Have a nice weekend" here. ;)
It might be a little early to say this, but anyway, anyway.. hope all of you will enjoy this weekend! I actually do not have any special plans for it, yet am feeling pretty excited. Well, again...
Have A Nice Weekend Everyone! =D |

Thanks - it's a nice long one here with bank holiday Monday. The French have at least one holiday a week in May, it gets confusing as to what they're celebrating! |

Most of us don't know what we're celebrating! We're just happy that we don't have to go to work! |

Sunday is Mother's Day here in the US. My son has already described the "surprise card I'm not supposed to tell you about" that he is making at school.
If only they were so careless with information as teenagers... |

My daughter, aka Keeper of Secrets, has spilled the beans as well. Their class made coupon books for their mothers with coupons such as Set the Table, Help Make Beds, Clean My Room and my personal favorite QUEEN FOR A DAY! I plan to take full advantage of that one. |

Those coupon books are great. I am getting a card shaped like a fish (?) |

It's Mother's Day here, too. I'll do the cooking (since I'm the only one here who can do it), but at least I get to choose the meal :^P
I can expect some interesting art made in school, too. Some of the previous years' presents from the daycare era are still in use, a nice glass painting from my daughter and a handpainted cloth bag from my son, to name a couple.
I bought myself a present today: downloaded David Sylvian's old Everything and Nothing from iTunes. Sent my own mum a card yesterday and bought her 15 trees to be planted somewhere in Africa, they call it a present with difference.
Wishing all of you a sunny and lovely weekend! |
