Good luck. When I took pilates, there were about 20 enrolled in the class. It was a one-day-a-week class. The first day was a good workout. I felt fine after. The second week there were about 12 people. It was considerably more strenuous. I was in pain the next day and a few days after. I stayed in it, but it wasn't easy. I think 6 people finished the 8-week class. I much preferred plain old yoga because you got the toning, plus the relaxation at the end.
If you want a jump-start to your weight loss, I recommend getting the flu. I've lost 2 pounds since Wednesday. Nothing like a good hacking cough for some aerobic exercise and a loss of appetite to help you along. |

It was a 1 hour class and thank God it wasn't a course like yours. Exercising the whole is just crazy !
See your doctor if you're sick. |
