I am tempted getting a PS3, always had a PS1 and was one of the first to get a PS2, the PS3 didn't interest me at first mainly because of the price plus the fact my seXBOX 360 rocks.
The main reason I am wanting one is because of that man named SNNNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAKE. MGS is only going to be on PS3 but thats not out until June, so should I get one in the meantime or hold off until then? Anyone have GT5 Prolouge?

Agree with you on the whole PS3 thing again, I haven't bought one yet.... €700 when they first came out bastarding lot of dough for something to play a couple of games on. I have recently re-discovered my PS2, mainly due to boredom and being a bit skint.
I remember being amazed by all of the GT series 1 & 2 on the original PS then 3 was just in a different league on the PS 2 before 4 blew them all away, however I was playing 4 the other day and it does look a bit dated already, it doesn't flow as well as it could.
MGS is feckin' amazing, the syphon Filter/Hitman/Rainbow 6 stuff is good but compared to MGS they really can't compete.
Of course the other one I've always had a soft spot for was Resi Evil, shit films great games!!

Doesn't the PS3 have Blue Ray capabilities?
I really don't know anything about it, just that's the main thing my boyfriend mentions when he talks about switching from XBox to PS3.
I don't know if the Blue Ray thing is universal though... |

| My bro bought one recently and absolutely loves it. To be fair we've never had a game console since the Master System 2 so anything is going to be a change! He's got the game Oblivion that keeps being advertised and says that's a great game too |
