wow. that was crazy. i think i'd go crazy!
the article was soooo long and quite informative. i was really only interested in the man who was trapped for 41 hours, but they had a lot more stories, and info than i had expected. Poor guy! |

Oh, my gosh, what a story! This crazy accident pretty much ruined his life! He needed better guidance afterwards.
Now I have to admit my first question was, what did he do about going to the bathroom? For those who don't want to read the whole article, he opened the doors and peed down into the little crack, hoping someone would see this "violation." Didn't work. But what would a woman do? There was a concrete wall behind the door, so he just had a little crack to aim into; easy enough for a man, but quite impossible for a woman. I have given this much thought, having worked in a building with faulty elevators. We always told someone when we were going to use an elevator and usually carried a whistle or something to make noise with.
Anyway, freaky. |

well, since i'm already pretty much a mental case lol, i think that i'd still freak out. thankfully the buildings i use aren't higher than 5 floors and have cameras in the elevators. maybe there is some hope there! |
