Unfortunately, it can, as I realised last night. I was stuck in a rather violent action movie, and some of the bad guys were chasing me to beat me up. At some point I realised that Viggo Mortensen was standing next to me, with crossed arms and a rather indifferent look on his face. I yelled at him to do something, after all he was supposed to be the good guy. And what did he do? He just shrugged and told me that I got myself into this mess, now I should get myself out of it again. I just continued trying to escape these bad guys, but no matter where I went, my "friend" Viggo was right next to me, doing absolutely nothing.
*sigh*

Having said that though, he did speak Danish in my dream. He does in real life too, and when he does, it sounds quite sexy with a deep voice and an accent :o) |

I had a dream where I was destroying supermarkets alongside Viggo who was dressed as Aragorn... I think we had to destroy them because they were full of orcs... I had read Lord of the Rings whilst watching the films the day before and we had visited the supermarket so I guess that my brain was trying to find some way to link me to Middle Earth lol.
This was probably the weirdest dream I have ever had.
It probably doesn't help that my bedroom is COVERED in posters from Lord of the Rings... And I was bought a cinema cardboard cutout of Aragorn as a joke for christmas... :-/
I swear I'm not as strange as I sound lol |

Hehe, I haven't even watched Lord of the Rings (seriously!). However, TV did show A History of Violence the other night. I didn't really watch it, but I guess it made an impression anyway... |

I tried reading the book but after about 200 pages, I had to give up... the story just didn't catch me at all. I guess fantasy isnt' really my thing, even if I've watched some rather unrealistic tv series (thing x-files, buffy etc.).
As I said, I didn't really watch it cos I was on the phone and then I more or less gave up. I only saw some images, perhaps that's why my imagination conjured something up lol
Try looking the film up on IMDB.com :o)

Done. I fully support this, especially since my friend might get a Turkish passport... but she doesn't wanna lose the Danish one.
And sure, next time I see Viggo, I'll let him know ;o) He would be perfect for this with his Danish passport and all.
Did you see I left a message for you two days ago? |

Lol I wasn't much better- I got the books in 2001 and had about 5 attempts at reading them but couldn't get into the story at all so I abandoned it. I think I decided to read the books all the way through in 2005 and after I turned the last page (page 1069 lol- long trilogy) I became totally obsessed with all things Middle Earth :-P
I will have to look at IMDB- I used to go on there every day to look random stuff up until I had the inconvenience of having to revise for GCSEs lol.

Oh I love IMDB :o) I also look up stuff whenever I anything pops into my mind. Usually it happens while watching the telly cos I have a habit of recognising actors, but I can't remember where I've seen them before. Enter imdb! |

Lol I usually recognise the actor's appearance and what they've been in, but never remember their names. Again, cue IMDB ;-P |
