er, sunday.
alright folks, i need some new music! anyone have any suggestions for me!?
the past couple of records ive liked lately are:
kaiser chiefs-yours truly, angry mob
patrick wolf-the magic position
damien rice-9
gogol bordello-gypsy punks underdog world strike
and
of course, the arcade fire-neon bible.
suggestions? it doesnt have to be NEW music per se, just something different.

If you liked 9, then i can highly recommend The Swell Season by another Irish singer-songwriter, Glen Hansard. It's his solo work away from The Frames (check them too!) with some Czech bird, Marketa Irglova. Good stuff! Can send if you want?
Also recommended (you might even know of him!) is American singer-songwriter Denison Witmer. Free tracks on his website at www.denisonwitmer.com and also in some of the links off his site |
