Got any hockey fans out there? I'll be cheering for both the Dallas Stars and the Minnesota Wild.

But we need something positive to draw attention away from the Mayoral scandal. A nice ticker-tape parade could do the trick! |

Yeah, it was fun watching hockey together...we turned into totally different people--screaming at the players, refs, etc. Ah, so much fun!

Here you go Dubz, now would you consider becoming a Red Wings supporter? We are the #1 team, you know.

I saw them play the L.A."kings"(?) in the Stanley Cup (over 5 matches or something ??) years ago, they used to put it on TV when it first started running through the night, Instead of the crappy premium rate non-quiz shit they play now. I quite liked them, they were real hungry for glory, outplayed in most aspects by LA except shear belief.

I think a lot of people jump onto the red wings bandwagon more as a popularity thing...kind of like the ny yankees **barf**
sorry, i think i'll root for the underdog--go predators! |

I'm sorry you'll have to excuse my ignorance, I'm not sure of all the teams and their names, I keep getting them mixed up with the football teams, and soccer teams to a lesser extent.

The red and white jersey is quite striking.
Supported by Dr. Cox
Cameron Frye in Ferris Bueller's Day Off
And even Uncle Joey |

i think that's true for most sports...like when the Cowboys were in their prime in the mid 90's. people root for the obvious winner.
but, i know on this board, that's not the case, right, Nikki? ;) now, she is one true red wings fan! |
