Travis are pleased to announce their first visit to Latvia this summer at the Positivus Festival, Riga on Friday the 18th of July.

I guess they'll be wanting to play together a bit before the gig with them being apart for a few months so it proves that they'll be back together as a band in early July (at the latest) like we thought.
I'm wondering if they'll nip into the studio and record a few b sides ready for the first single. That's important i think, at least we'd all buy it then, help it in the charts. Good old Travis. :) |

Hey, you've got it a bit wrong - the festival is not in Riga, but in Salacgriva :)

Salagriva is 100km from Riga - about an hour by car, so it is not problem.

I am so so so thrilled!
When I got information about Positivus AB and Travis will be there, I thought it can`t be possible. But there it is! And I am proud that I am from Latvia. There is a lot of placards on the walls and hoardings in Riga and advertisements on the TV too. We are waiting for You, Travis! =) |

| Um, question: just found out that if we want to order the tickets forehand the transport itself would cost 70€ which sounds rather expensive when one ticket is about 37€. SO does anyone know how risky it would be not to order the tickets in advance, assuming there will be some tickets left when we arrive? Don't really know about the festival system in Latvia :) |

Yeey!! I'm new in here.... just added to travisonline, it's great to be in contact with my favourite band in the hole world!! :D and to meet people that also liked this music
Also loved that Travis always tries to be near to his fans... so good luck to Latvians!!! wherever it is... jajaja...
