I've just listened to 'In Remote Part/Scottish Fiction' by Idlewild, and it fits the description. Brilliant tune!

There are loads of songs that I think are absolutely amazing, but to me at this very moment, those two songs are perfect.

Thats the one. Though every version I've heard has had slightly different lyrics.

Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles. I've never worked out what it is but the song is just brilliant and really puts a smile on my face.

Also Signed, Sealed, Delievered, I'm Yours by Stevie Wonder this song will instantly make me feel better no matter what mood i'm in or even if i feel ill it makes me feel loads better, tis magic :)
