I have them for the second time this morning, and I've been averaging at least three times a day this past week. Please, does anyone know a cure? I've tried holding my breath, and there's no one here to scare me. Suggestions, before I go crazy? |

Eat a spoon of sugar. Always works for me. |

Drink a fizzy drink. Anything- water, lemonade just as long as it's fizzy. Works when I have hiccups. Good luck :) |

Sugar often works for me too. Also bread with a TON of butter on it.
Hiccups can be really annoying. I hope you're not about to turn into one of those people you see on the news who have them for 20 years. |

I always try drinking a glass of water from the wrong side - you have to do it upside down!! Usually works, don't understand how or why! |

How do you do this without it getting all over your face? |

That is, actually, one of my immense irrational fears. You have no idea. Thanks for bringing on a panic attack. I appreciate it. ;P |
