I was watching a programme last night about John Smeaton last night.

For those of you who might not know.
John Smeaton was the baggage handler at Glasgow Airport who helped along with others to stop a terrorist attack on Glasgow Airport.
He was interviewed by CNN at the time and during his interview he said "Glasgow people wont accept this we'll set about ye.

Anyway's , last night it showed him recording a version of Baby one more time for a charity record. He was awful , but he gave it a go.

To get to the point. Id like to see him get a special invitation to do this live with Travis in Glasgow at the next gig.

I HEREBY START A PETITION:

pshaw! I was born in Paisley. No way I can make crass weegie sweeping generalisations, even if I am becomming an institutionalised Aberdoomian.

My jakey bampot status was limited to Smeato, because, well, he's a jakey bampot who's living off his 15 minutes of fame. There's a bunch of other hero's from that day who are quietly going about their lives.

Nope, see previous post on 'Wasted Nation'. Last night I was watching 'Maverick'. With Mel Gibson.
