Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd draw your attention to our review of The Boy With No Name.
Hope you like it, and let us know what you think.

I know exactly what you mean, I think so anyway.
When I went and saw them in Warrington, it was like seeing an old friend you haven't seen for ages, you share your news with them, and inevitably you look back at old times. That's how it felt. |

I think that is a very good review :0 Interesting the tracks that have been pulled out as these were probably mine when I first heard the album . My favourites soon changed to 3 Times and you lose and then Perfect Heaven Space ( my life would not be the same without them now :) - Not forgetting New Amsterdam and Sailing Away ....
When I channel hop in the car I wonder what younger people think when they hear old music playing that sounds splendid eg New Order , I having been lucky enough to have grown up with it when released and I think of how great it is to have a band like Travis who are one of the very few who have the capability of going any way they choose and creating new memorable songs - that seems to be a dying art.
Hats Off! |
