This story may mention a one year old!
Me my husband, Sam (our 1 year old daughter) and two very good friends went for a long walk saturday. In the morning our daughter discided she didn't need her sleep (That should have made us worry;) ) After a nice lunch (14.00hr) we went for our walk but after about half an hour, Sam discided that walking wasn;t really what she wanted and started crying/screaming (she has quite the temper our Sam). When she didn't fall asleep nor stopped screaming/crying we decided to split up. The girls would take Sam home and the guys would finish the walk. (We only had one cellphone, seems non important at this point but wait......). once we got back to the car, we found out that my friend didn't bring the key to her house!!! (And phoning the guys (who had the key) wasn;t an option. So we decided to keep walking so Sam could fall asleep at last. After 45 minutes Sam (Thank god) decided to finally fall asleep. (meaning we had to keep walking, as soon as we stopped she would open her eyes) 17.00hr we were so tired we decided to stop at a restaurant near the carpark and have a drink. As soon as we sat down we heard TRAVIS with SING. It was just what i needed to end the day on a high. (Well ok, that AND a great dinner uninterupted by a screaming little girl:) |
