Generally speaking, which would you say is a more useful and more recognised subject to do at uni:
Business Studeez or Maths? |

Business Studies
Maths is a very specialist area and also extremely difficult. Most people who do maths are looking for a very specific career and/or looking to take it a lot further ie. research, they're looking to discover a formula and have it named after them.
only my opinion mind

If I had to pick, I'd say Business studies but as Anne pointed out I guess it depends on what you want to do. |

You don't need Maths to work in a bank, Arithmetic will do and if you have your GCSE in that then it's as far as you can go, it's basicaly 4 things... Addition, Subtraction, Multiplaction and Division. A lot of the time it's a combination of some or all of the above but if you can grasp the basics that's it!!!

I know that, but most banks have graduate programmes, it's quite difficult to get on it if yo dont have a degree. I'm just tryna figure out if business or maths is better...
Everyone's saying business, but my mum says maths, and my mum's usually right about everything lol. I need to think. =( |

If you're really serious about this I'd recommend Accountancy which is a whole differnt thing but it would stand you in good stead for a bank I'd reckon.
