As I seem to have hit a nerve with my rant against the BBC, and in a spirit of democracy, here's your chance to say what's great about the BBC.
1.Radio 4: better comedy than most T.V. programmes, clear concise news, balanced debates, good drama.
2. Have I got News For You: good humour about current events, despite a harsh liberal bias and a constant rant about Iraq. O.K., you don't agree with it, message understood. But it would be nice to do one episode without the whole series of Bliar jokes.
3. Life on Mars
4. Judge John Deed

We get to see quite a few BBC series, and they're always well done and high quality. The period dramas have fantastic details, for instance. |

Also them old comedies: Blackadder, The Young Ones, Bottom, Fawlty Towers etc.
I like that there ain't any ad breaks every 15 minutes.
I suppose Radio 2 is my favourite radio station
I like that you can ALWAYS get reception, unlike channel 5. Ohh Neighbours, what's it gonna be like?
I like that they show sports I enjoy watching i.e. Darts n Snooker
I think I quite love t'BBC! I'll add more to this as I remember. |

Haha!!! I love Radio 4! I just tuned into the good station and heard this Welsh guy saying: "I just got a job with Nasa to build an apollo style rocket to fulfill President Bush's $10Bn promise to build a space station on the moon to be a base for the first crewed flight to Mars... Do you want to have sex?";
Excellent! |
