I wanna go to the cinema this weekend, but I can't decide which movie I want to watch.
American Gangster, We Own The Night or Elizabeth:The Golden Age?
Any suggestions?
Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg or Clive Owen- now that's the tough one. lol |

I've only seen American Gangster but I really liked it.
I liked the first Elizabeth movie so I was excited but the 2nd one didn't get super great reviews. I still plan to watch it when I can do it from home. |

Hey Megg :) The only film I've seen of those you listed is "We Own The Night" and I really liked it...if that helps.
PS: I rented "Once" and "Eastern Promises" the other day..."Once" was a great musical story and I really enjoyed it, even though I didn't really like the ending. "Eastern Promises" (basically a thriller about the Russian Mafia I guess) on the other hand, was awful!!! I couldn't get through it!! Too much blood and guts for me! :/

I loved the first elizabeth so i wanna see the second, but i dont believe its gonna be as good as the first one.

yeah that would be a tough call! haha i heard 'american gangster' and 'we own the night' were good. didn't get to see Elizabeth the golden age (unfortunately!). |

Oh my God...my brother told me he liked it, so I rented it and it was just WAY too violent for me! The very first scene someone gets their throat slit open and then the frozen dude getting his fingers cut off??!! No thank you! I told my bro that that's when I had to turn it off and he said I'm a wimp and I didn't even get to the plot of the movie, lol...Oh well...I couldn't take it! |
