So the title says it all. I want to do something, but I can't decide whether to start yoga classes or Pilates classes. What'd you recommend? Does any of you practise Yoga or Pilates?

Start with yoga. Many of the things done in Pilates are yoga poses, but held longer and done with certain breathing techniques and sometimes weights are used.

Yoga will give you a good foundation and get you more flexible, then you can move on to more intense Pilates if you choose. I liked yoga much better because of its focus on relaxation, strength and balance. Pilates wasn't nearly as much fun.

Lucozade makes me a bit hyper and gives me a headache! I really need to try exercise but it's too hard (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!). I had cereal too, not substantial but I just fancied some Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. Yes, unfortunately it's still Saturday boooooo.
